I love cooking …

Aside from practicing yoga, one of my absolute favorite things to do is cook.  While I eat a predominantly vegetarian diet, I am known to throw down with a good piece of fish or meat from time to time and I most definitely cook with eggs and butter.  If you’re looking for a yogi who will espouse the virtues of vegetarianism – you’ve come to the wrong place.  I will however make a plug for keeping things local and avoiding factory farmed meat.  I will also encourage you to dabble in vegetarian and vegan cooking (just for the fun) and see what works for you.  So that’s that.
